When it comes to total head protection, few do it as well as Fly Racing. Its tri-weave composite shell blending carbon fiber, DuPont Kevlar and fibreglass to create a lightweight shell offering superior penetration resistance preventing debris from piercing the shell when you slam.

The Adaptive Impact System (AIS) is a high-performance ecosystem of structural designs and energy mitigating materials that have been fine-tuned to greatly improve their impact management compared to traditional helmets.

With RHEON enhanced Impact Energy Cells acting as the first line of defense, their innovative viscoelastic construction helping to enhance energy dissipation on impact through strategically placed energy cells in the helmet’s interior. Fly also paired their patented Conehead EPS technology with expanded volume EPS foam in six highly critical zones, specifically designed to respond accordingly to both low and high speed impacts.

Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) might not mean much to you but this stuff is what adds an extra layer of impact mitigation to the Formula Helmet thanks to its superior damage resistance and energy absorbing properties.

For additional comfort it features a custom moulded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard, anti-microbial quick-release comfort liner and cheek pads and Fly’s TFV (True Functional Ventilation) system that uses intake and exhaust vents with EPS foam vent channels to get fresh air in and get hot air back out.

The Formula CP Speeder S.E. Helmet has been rigorously tested under scientific review to exceed ECE and DOT standards making it road legal in Europe, Australian, Canadian and many more.
